Basically, Outlook => csv file => Google calendar => Lightning calendar
It actually let Lightning to connect to Google calendar.
Note:
1. "select the calendar “Outlook” and at the very bottom copy the XML Link Private Address", you may want to copy the ICAL address instead of XML one. Thus will let you access Google Calendar from PC in read-only mode.
2. If you follow the original steps in the post, make sure to install "Provider" (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/4631) first, then you will be able to find option to create GCal in Lightning. This allow writing directly to GCal from Lightning.
